    The role of a Project and Sales Support Specialist is to apply your detail orientation, organizational and customer service skills in support of a our sales team.   


    This is the type of role where you won’t get bored, as you work on both administrative activities - preparing and managing financial transactions from start to close – as well as calling and interfacing with customer


    Here at MFS there is a “family friendly;” as you interact with a small group of colleagues to ensure our customers receive the best and most accurate support


    Although not all inclusive, here are some of the responsibilities:

    • Preparing and organizing financial transactions from a potential lead, to closing documentation.
    • Supporting Senior Finance Associates working in the field. 
    • Supporting project management and tracking.
    • Working closely with financing team.
    • Visits local customers as needed to sign documents. 
    • Following up, via the phone and email, with customers for credit applications and financial information

    In sum, you help make sure the process runs smoothly and accurately from start to finish.


    What are we looking for?

    • An organized and proactive person that looks at what needs to be done next and, once trained, doesn’t need or want much guidance or oversight
    • An ability and interest in interacting with both internal and external customers
    • At least 12 months of customer service or client interaction over the phone.
    • At least 12 months in administrative support role that requires you manage projects or events from start to conclusion
    • At least 12 months using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
    • And a desire to be part of a team that enjoys working together!
