Handle in-coming telephone, email and faxed orders. Place orders, acknowledge customer orders and verify order is placed with various vendors. Position includes filing open and closed orders, answering overflow calls and quoting customers.
Principle Accountabilities: Customer satisfaction. Making sure all orders are placed on time and shiped when needed.
Minimum 6 months of SalesForce Experience
Minimum 6 months of machine tool experience, that ideally includes customer service support, scheduling , sales support and / or Admin support.
Minimum 6 months or more of experience working with Baan
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
